Information on personal data processing

This document explains how we process data submitted through the free Amazon listing audit form.

1. Data controller

2. Data scope

email address submitted in the form,
product identifier (ASIN),
technical data required to process the request (for example submission time and processing status).

3. Purposes of processing

delivery of the requested free SEO/GEO audit,
delivery of the Amazon listing audit report to the submitted email address,
contact regarding the Up Sight pilot offer (if the user expresses interest).

4. Legal basis

Data is processed based on user consent expressed by selecting the checkboxes in the form. Where necessary to process the request, data may also be processed based on the legitimate interest of the Controller.

5. Retention period

Data is retained for the period necessary to deliver the audit and post-audit communication, and no longer than justified by business purpose and legal obligations of the Controller.

6. Data recipients

Data may be shared with entities supporting service delivery (for example hosting, email, and analytics infrastructure providers), only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
